Islie Jane (Munnings x Miss Exclusive) was all class in Maiden Special Weight company at Ellis Park today. The two-year-old filly broke well but was out sprinted early and settled in mid field through the early stages of the five and a half furlong event. Jockey Danny Sheehy tipped her out at the top of the straight and the filly unleashed an impressive turn of foot to circle the field. Islie Jane crossed the finish a good looking one and a half length winner.
