Waves Of Mischief (Into Mischief x Pearl River) made a spectacular debut when winning first time out in a Maiden Special Weight at Keeneland on April 18th.
The promising filly tucked in behind the leader and traveled in relaxed fashion on the rail for jockey Tyler Gaffalione. Once in the stretch, the filly tipped out into the two path and flew home to win by one length.
Purchased by Qatar Racing from the OBS April two year old sale, this filly rewarded her connections’ patience kindly today. We look forward to seeing what this filly can achieve moving forward this year! Congratulations to all involved.
